Noland Anderson Art is committed to providing the best possible service to our customers. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be shipped.

Packaging

  • Each piece of art is carefully packaged to protect it during transit. We use high-quality materials and techniques to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International Orders: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyers responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before purchasing.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • Damaged Items: If your art arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receipt with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. 
  • Lost Items: If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and keep you informed.
